About Me
I started my journey in the Complementary Health Therapy field 21 years ago, specializing in Hypnosis, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Kahuna Massage, Dance, and Meditation Classes. I do not like labels because life is fluid and labels tend to confine one mentally. But if I had to put labels on myself, I align myself with Life Learning, Conscious Living, Humanitarianism, Humanism, Minimalism, Activism, Critical Thinking, and Reasoning.
Through my personal experiences and evolution over the years, I have developed a passion for Children’s Rights and Education, Psychology, Philosophy, Humanitarianism, and Writing. These self-taught vocations have become my focus in life. I also adopted a more scientific approach to life in critical thinking and reasoning. This inquiry has led me down the path of acquiring a Public Health Science Degree and currently enrolled in a Masters of Education Degree.
My hopes and dreams are to continue helping adults and children overcome their challenges, whatever that may be from both an individual and societal perspective. To help them heal and grow from these challenges, promoting health and well-being in a holistic way for the individual, with an extension to the community or society. I wish to do this through my Writing, Public Health Promotion, and Education.

Specks of Dust
2021 has been a significant year for me, as I am in the process of publishing my first fiction, Specks of Dust, based comparatively on the experience in the environment and surroundings I grew up in. The story highlights the cracks of society exposing the taboo of those times, to recognize the vulnerable, in some way saying that they were not alone, and to help them heal from their wounds. It may help society right those wrongs by doing differently for the current and future generations.
